Small Hydroelectric Projects (SHP) flourished in the province of Quebec at the beginning of the century. However, with the advent of larger scale complexes such as the ones on the James Bay river, SHPs slowly became outdated. During the 1980’s this context changed progressively. Rehabilitation of SHPs has now become an important social objective, the technical aspects of which present a significant challenge.
Our organisational structure fosters constant synergy between the various engineering disciplines and thus enables maximum efficiency and quality.
BPR offers services related to all refurbishment and modernisation works specifically adapted to small and medium hydroelectricity requirements.
