ComEnCo products include: Standard and custom engineered Packaged Catalytic and Thermal Oxidizers and Afterburners with or without Heat Recovery; Custom engineered Metal Preparation, Oven and Afterburner Systems for Coil Coating Lines; Custom engineered Computer Controlled combustion systems with Pump and Heater Sets, Valve Trains, and Control Panels; Custom engineered Packaged Process Heaters, Burners and Combustors; Custom engineered Multiple Fuel, Low BTH Gas, Low NOx and Alternate Fuel Combustion Systems; Custom engineered Industrial Direct and Indirect Air/Gas Pre-heaters, Heaters and Re-heaters; Mobile Soil Remediation and Vapor Abatement Systems utilizing "state of the art" computer control; Complete engineering responsibility including Turnkey Management, should it be required; PLC and Computer Control Systems; and Conveyrized and Batch Type Oven Drying Systems. ComEnCo has developed an efficient alternative to high temperature thermal oxidation. Since oxidation is purely a chemical process, it can be enhanced by the presence of a suitable catalyst. Properly designed and installed, the ComEnCo reactor can dramatically lower the temperature and energy required to oxidize contaminants.
