Technology Description:

Our product line includes test stations for fuel cell stacks, components, fuel reformers, electrolysers and fuel cell systems. Our commercially available testing technology is used for testing stationary, portable and automotive fuel cell applications using a range of fuel cell chemistries. We also offer a comprehensive range of contract maintenance, service and training. Greenlight manufacturers test stations for all sizes and types of fuel cells (PEM, DMFC, SOFC, MCFC; from 1W to 150kW).

Products and Services:

Fuel cell test stations are designed to provide humidified, conditioned gases to a fuel cell stack. The test station controls temperature, pressure and flow rate for both the gases and liquid coolant. Electronic output of the fuel cell is captured through a load bank and the performance data is presented in a meaningful manner through the station’s software. Greenlight test stations are all completely automated and use the most sophisticated and user-friendly software in the industry. The machines are capable of completely unattended, dynamic operation.
