Navitas Technologies Ltd. of Waterloo, Ontario, Canada was established in 1990 and designs, manufactures and markets high performance, microprocessor-based electronic control systems and accessories for a wide variety of electric vehicles (EVs).

Navitas' products and integrated systems are used in battery and alternative-powered vehicles across multiple applications. Technology Description:

As a result of many years of investment in R&D, Navitas has developed designs and expertise to control MOSFETs (Metal Oxide Field Effect Transistors), which provide optimized efficiency, reliability and power management. Navitas has the highest power rating of any MOSFET controller on the market today.

Products and Services:

Navitas Technologies offers various accessory parts to allow you to one stop shop for all your electric vehicle needs. Digital displays that work in conjunction with the Navitas Controllers allow all diagnostics to be displayed through this indicator on your dash. Other products including our ProBit programming pendant which allows full programmability of all our controllers. We also offer various throttles, handles, potentiometers and contactors to make your installation easy and convenient.
