Profile:

ESI was founded in 1996 from a consortium of Canadian companies. All of the founding companies have maintained their operations and supply technological, methodical and operational support for ESI. ESI has established itself as a proven leader in environmental protection through the production of clean energy. The company has provided strong project management in the realization of all its projects. ESI has formed several European Joint Ventures and is currently taking advantage of huge opportunities in Central Europe by recently becoming an investor and investment partner in environmental protection, clean energy, as well as hydro energy in Poland. ESI is working in the clean and renewable energy sectors. It has developed a unique and innovative approach in the field of coal transformation. By selectively identifying diverse, yet proven technologies, ESI has been able to amalgamate and ameliorate them to provide an environmentally sound added value to the coal and biomass industries. This is manifested by various by-products such as: clean and/or smokeless charcoal, processing gas, steam, hydrogen, oxygen and clinker like residuals in a way that is deemed extraordinarily commercially viable. ESI was able to secure patents (Canadian & USA) regarding the uniqueness of its specific clean coal technology and energy management.
